Our exclusive on site constructors will be happy to construct you dream home from one of our predesigned homes or your own custom prequalified home designs on the lot of your choice.

• Community Maintenance Fees: Common area maintenance fees $150.00 monthly and shall include 24 hour community wide security, water usage, garbage disposal, road maintenance and general common area (finca) maintenance.

• Electric: supplied to lot and billed by local corporative.

• Telephone, Internet and TV: is located on the whole project serviced by wireless high speed large band with internet service.

• Property Maintenance and Usage: Each farm must be maintained as outlined in purchase agreements and as revised by JCB Community Association and Covenants, Conditions and Regulations.
