JCB Resorts Signature Mini-Hotels 8, 16 and 32 room Mini-Hotels are constructed for fractionalized sale to corporations, sports teams and groups as a private hotel managed by the JCB Management Group. The Fractionalized concept allows these groups to regularly use the hotel which shall be equipped with personal chefs, service staff and maintenance crews. During the groups stay fees for services only will be charged. The Group then places the hotel in the Management Rental program earning 60% of all rental receipt. Each Hotel is custom designed as to the corporation or team colors, memorabilia, logos, and photo history thus creating a specialty marketing campaign and a rental frenzy to the renting public rental pool plan. Special group rates available to Mini-Hotel owners to all resort amenities. JCB Hydro Park and Wellness Center In addition to the Action River events a specialized indoor Hydro treatment center for orthopedic and sports medicine featuring HydroWorx therapy pools, hydro massage and therapeutic massage rooms, hydro saunas, health café and massage an hydro Saunas.
