The government permit to begin construction. ie all engineering, impact study, eviormental study and deposits have been made and completed to begin final plan design and municiple approval for building permit. The site was approvesd for the hotel and waterpark 20 hectare plan and then the other site was approved for a 3000 seat stadium project for multi sports and events in a 6 hectare space. |
